Ariora
Privacy
Ariora is a studio platform for wedding photographers. Photographs and wedding details belong to the photographer and their clients — our job is to store them safely, in the EU, and nowhere else.
What we store
For photographers: account email, studio details and branding, weddings, contacts, itineraries, invoices, contracts, and uploaded photographs.
For gallery and itinerary visitors: no account, no profile. Marking favourites stores an anonymous identifier on your device and, optionally, the first name you choose to give. Share-page analytics are anonymous.
Where it lives
All persistent data is hosted in the European Union. We use these processors:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
- Cloudflare R2 — photograph storage (EU jurisdiction).
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email (gallery deliveries, invoices, sign-in links).
- PostHog (EU) — product analytics, hosted in the EU, identified by account id only — never email.
- Sentry — error monitoring, with personal data scrubbed before anything is sent.
Cookies
Ariora sets cookies only to keep you signed in. Analytics use EU-hosted PostHog with browser storage, no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers.
Your rights
Photographers can export every row of their data as JSON and delete their account — both from Settings. Deletion removes all database records immediately and purges stored photographs within 30 days.
Couples and planners: your photographs and details are managed by your photographer — ask them directly, and they can remove anything in minutes.
